Every capability, organised around the guest who comes back
1,000,000+ passes issued. Point tools each own a slice of a single visit. Kinchaku owns the part that survives it. The same guest, recognised next time, sold to again.
How it fits together
The digital pass is the thing that carries identity from one visit to the next. Every Kinchaku feature is built around it.
Sell — from any channel, into one record
Take the booking, the ticket, or the membership wherever the guest is. Every channel writes to the same guest record.
- Bookings & ticketing . Flexible date and time slots, resource selection, group reservations, seat maps, timed entry.
- Pass types. Tickets, memberships, vouchers, gift cards, subscriptions, sequential commitments.
- Payments. Card payments through Stripe or Square. In Japan, accept cards on a Stera or tance POS terminal.
- Delivery. A sold pass arrives by email, link, or QR. Straight to the phone the guest already carries. No new app download.
Serve — let the guest do it themselves
The visit runs without a queue and without anyone opening an app.
- Unmanned check-in. QR scan with real-time status. Staff handle exceptions, not the line.
- Door access. A valid pass becomes entry where the venue supports it.
- Reminders. Email and wallet push fire on what the guest does. Bookings, payments, check-ins, expirations.
- Multilingual. The guest’s language is detected from the pass. Content auto-localises.
Recognise — the returning guest is already known
The second visit starts as a relationship, not another transaction.
- Loyalty that lasts. Stamp cards, points, tiered membership. Stamps add on every visit. Tier status sits in the pass and updates automatically.
- One guest record. Bookings, passes, and payments all attach to the same record. Full history. Custom attributes.
- Reporting & audit trail. Every scan, redemption, and booking is a signal you keep. Guest history grows into an asset you build over time.

Run many sites as one operation
One venue or ten. One country or several. Manage branches from one dashboard. Usage and performance per location. Site-specific rules — hours, eligibility, access conditions — stay local. The brand, the guest record, and the reporting stay unified.
Run it on the hardware you already use
Any iPhone, iPad, or Android becomes a pass-management terminal — issue, validate, and redeem from one app, no dedicated hardware required. In Japan, Kinchaku also installs on Stera and tance payment terminals, so the device that takes the payment is the one that issues the pass.
Stera terminal
Install Kinchaku from Stera market and run pass sales, distribution, and reporting on a single Stera terminal. Print tickets on the built-in roll for guests who don’t carry a smartphone.
tance terminal
Install Kinchaku from tance mall on a JT-VT10 or JT-VC10. Distribute, sell, and scan passes from one multi-payment device — and track every branch’s sales from head office.
What it costs when the regular isn’t recognised
- OTA commission, paid twice. 15–25% of the booking. On a guest who already chose you, and would have rebooked direct if you'd asked.
- The upsell, missed. The regular who always says yes — to the package, the premium tier, the add-on — handed the basic because the counter didn't know.
- The email budget, untraceable. You paid to reach them yesterday. You can't tell if it worked, so you don't know what to keep doing.
- The 5th visit, never happens. Unrecognised regulars defect quietly. The 2nd visit comes. The 5th doesn't.
What changes when the returning guest is already known
Your staff greets returning guests by name before the guest says it themselves.
Your email reports tell you who actually came back — not just who opened the message.
Your OTA commission gets paid once per guest, not every time they rebook.
The 5th visit happens. So does the friend they bring.
