🚀 What’s New
Smarter Payment Processing
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on payment and ticket reservation challenges — we know how frustrating it is to encounter issues after checkout. To address this, we’ve overhauled our transaction system so that each step is tracked in greater detail, ensuring your clients’ payments and pass reservations stay perfectly synchronized with real-time updates from checkout through confirmation.
We’ve also strengthened payment processing with Stripe by simplifying subscriptions and adopting the secure Payment Intents API for most transactions, resulting in a smoother, more reliable, and secure checkout. Additionally, we’ve improved konbini payment support to better serve Japanese customers.
Remote Lock PIN Accuracy
When you request a PIN change for your remote locks, we now perform an additional check to ensure you always see the most up-to-date PIN. This extra safety step guarantees you're acting on the latest information, reducing confusion or access issues.
A Better CRM for You
We’ve boosted KINCHAKU CRM performance so you can find and filter what you need — faster than ever. Smarter project relations, advanced filters, and a refreshed UI with clear, actionable elements now make searching for relevant contacts quick and effortless.
More Languages, Better Localization
Our platform now supports even more customers worldwide, with storefront translations in:
- Korean
- Simplified Chinese
- Traditional Chinese
- Ukrainian
- Russian
Pass Data CSV Export
To optimize server efficiency and enhance security, all pass data CSV exports are now processed asynchronously using background jobs. Once your export is complete, a secure download link to the CSV file will be automatically delivered to your email address.
Reliability and Quality Fixes
- Fixed rare issues with input validation and placeholder text for refunds, reducing errors and confusion.
- Corrected a bug with payment and contact linking, ensuring your records stay accurate.
- General code cleanups and dependency updates for a smoother, faster platform experience.
🛠️ Scheduled Maintenance Notification
Please be aware that Kinchaku will undergo scheduled maintenance on November 15 2025, from 24:00 to 01:00 (Japan time). During this period, we will be upgrading our servers infrastructure to enhance overall performance and security. Some system availability may be temporarily affected. We appreciate your understanding as we work to deliver an even better Kinchaku experience.

We are developing a new Order system, built on our enhanced payment processing platform, which will track the complete lifecycle of a pass purchase — from creation to completion.
