We’re excited to share our November updates, all inspired by your feedback and requests. This month’s release is packed with features and improvements designed to make your workflow even more seamless. Dive in to discover what’s new!
1. Scan Pass QR/Barcodes Directly from the Web App!
The biggest highlight this month is our new ability to **scan pass QR/barcodes directly from the web app using a barcode reader**. Until now, you had to input codes manually, but with this update, you can simply connect a barcode reader to your computer and scan passes in seconds.
This upgrade significantly speeds up check-ins and operations—making your on-site processes faster and more efficient than ever.
2. Two New Stat Widgets Added to the Home Page
Data visualization just got an upgrade!
You’ll now see two new widgets on the Home page: Issued Passes By Venue and Issued Passes By Project Instantly track your operations and unlock insights for smarter decision-making.

3. New “File Generation History” Table for Easier Downloads
Re-downloading CSV files is now more convenient than ever.
We’ve introduced a File Generation History table in the "File Downloads" tab on both the Home page and Venue view. Now you can instantly re-download any previously generated CSV files—no more waiting for a download link to arrive in your email inbox!

4. Email Campaigns Feature Enhanced
Our popular email campaign feature is now even better.
We’ve improved its usability and performance, making campaign setup more intuitive and delivery even more reliable.
We’ll continue supporting your marketing efforts with ongoing enhancements.

5. Manually Update Subscription Pricing Plans for Existing Subscribers
Greater flexibility for your subscription management!
You can now manually change the pricing plan for your existing subscribers. First, create a new subscription plan, and then, using the pass details drawer within a pass project, update each customer’s subscription to the new plan with just a few clicks.
This means you can smoothly handle price changes or plan adjustments and provide more tailored service for your customers.
