The card in their wallet is the one that fills up.
The loyalty card your guests won’t lose — because it’s in the same wallet as their credit cards. Stamps accumulate automatically. Rewards issue automatically. Redemptions validate automatically.
The pass guests don’t lose becomes the asset you build over time. Every visit that updates the pass adds to a guest record that belongs to your workspace, not to a platform.
Programme types we run
Stamp cards
The classic. Configure the stamp count (5-stamp, 6-stamp, 10-stamp), the reward, and the frequency rules. Every scan adds a stamp; every filled card triggers the reward automatically.
Points-based rewards
Flexible accumulation against a running balance. Points earn per visit, per spend, per action. Redemption is consistency-checked — you can’t accidentally issue a reward the guest hasn’t earned.
Tiered membership
Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum (or your naming). Tier status sits in the membership pass, updates automatically based on activity, and drives differentiated rewards.
Coupons and vouchers
Single-use promotional coupons, multi-use vouchers (“5-visit pass”), gift cards, and prepaid values. Usage tracked per pass; expiry enforced automatically.
Subscription passes
Monthly membership with entitlement tracking. Attendance, class bookings, or included services counted against the subscription period.
Why wallet-based loyalty beats app-based
Your guests already have Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. They don’t have your app, and they’re not going to install one for a coffee loyalty card. Wallet passes live next to their payment cards — they never forget they have them.
Redemption mechanics
- QR scan at the counter — staff device reads the pass, records the event, updates the pass state
- Automatic reward issuance — on filled stamp card, reached tier, hit milestone, the reward pass issues without manual intervention
- Consistency checks — the system won’t let you redeem a voided pass, double-redeem a coupon, or issue a reward the guest hasn’t earned

FAQ
What is a wallet-based loyalty programme?
A loyalty programme that lives in the wallet on the guest’s phone instead of on a paper card or in a dedicated app. Stamps, points, tier status, and coupons sit on a pass next to the guest’s payment cards, and update at each scan.
Which programme types can I run?
Stamp cards, points-based rewards, tiered membership, coupons and vouchers, and subscription passes with entitlement tracking.
Can a reward be issued by mistake?
No. Redemption is consistency-checked: the system won’t let you redeem a voided pass, double-redeem a coupon, or issue a reward the guest hasn’t earned.
Do I need an app of my own to run this?
No. Your guests already have Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — there is no new app to install, on your side or theirs.
