Kinchaku operates in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and honours GDPR data-subject rights — access, rectification, deletion, portability — for EU residents. How we handle personal information, and how to exercise your rights of disclosure, correction, deletion, and suspension of use, is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is also our APPI statement; the Japanese text is authoritative. Our 99.5% monthly availability target and contractual security commitments are in the Service Level Agreement; how we govern information security company-wide is set out in the Information Security Policy.
