Restaurants & cafés
Sell the first round. Stamp the visit. Keep the regular.
Sell the way your venue actually runs — a stamp card the regular fills over weeks, a coupon that gets a stranger through the door, an Afternoon Tea voucher someone bought for the weekend, a prepaid card from a gift, or a bar membership with the bottle still on the shelf — and deliver it to the guest’s phone wallet. No new app to install. The pass is the offer, the receipt of the stamp, and, on visit 2, the guest you already know.
Built the way F&B actually runs
Stamp cards for daily habit
A 6, 8, or 10-stamp card lives in the guest’s wallet. Staff scans at the counter, the stamp goes up, the count is visible on the pass. When the card fills, the reward — a free drink, a free pastry, a ¥500 voucher — issues automatically and lands in the same wallet.
Coupons, vouchers, and prepaid cards
A first-visit coupon handed out at the station, an Afternoon Tea voucher sold ahead of the weekend, a ¥3,000 prepaid coffee card bought as a housewarming gift. Single-use or multi-use, balance or no balance — every redemption tracked per pass, every campaign attributed at sale.
Membership tiers for bars
Bronze, Silver, Gold — each tier with its own perks: priority seating, birthday specials, the bottle-keep that tracks what’s left on the shelf. The membership card is the relationship; staff sees the tier the moment the guest walks in.
One pass type for every way you sell
| Type | What it is | Typical operator |
|---|---|---|
| Stamp card | A 6, 8, or 10-stamp count toward a free item or fixed voucher; stamps scan in at the counter | Cafés, bakeries, ramen shops, izakaya, food trucks |
| Coupon | A single-use offer — first-visit drink, group-of-four discount, % off a seasonal item | Acquisition campaigns, off-peak fills, year-end party season |
| Voucher | A multi-use bundle for a themed experience — Afternoon Tea, Brunch, the lunch 10-pack | Hotels, cafés, office-area restaurants, weekend programming |
| Prepaid card | A monetary balance the guest spends down per visit; works as a gift card | Coffee shops, bakeries, bottle-keep bars |
Every pass type runs on one platform — see all features.
From the first round to the regular kept
Sell the first round. Every first sale — a coupon at the station exit, a stamp card that just got its first scan, a prepaid card someone bought, a bar membership signed up at the counter — opens a record for that guest. The relationship starts at the sale, not at visit 2.
Stamp the visit. Every scan at the counter attaches to that record. A one-time coupon stays a one-time coupon; the stamp card fills one visit at a time; the bar member’s tier moves with the bottles they keep on the shelf.
Keep the regular. When the card fills, the reward issues automatically. The bar regular on Friday is the same guest who started the stamp card in March. No one starts over.
