Digital wallets
The pass lives in the wallet the guest already carries.
A Kinchaku pass already opens in any browser — nothing to install. Saving it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet puts it one swipe from the lock screen, signed and kept current by Kinchaku. No app, included on every plan, nothing to connect.
It’s already on the phone they carry — ready the next time they walk in.
The pass that never reaches a wallet — a screenshot buried in the camera roll, a PDF lost in an inbox, an email no one reopens.
So the next visit starts cold, and you greet a returning guest like a stranger.
What the wallet adds
Native in the wallet they already carry
One swipe from the lock screen, branded with your colours and logo — on iPhone in Apple Wallet, on Android in Google Wallet. The device picks the native one.
Reaches the guest, stays current
Push updates and reminders — a new stamp, a changed time. Used, voided, and expired states sync to the wallet on the next open, so it only ever shows what’s live.
Signed, and nothing to set up
Each pass is signed by Kinchaku and delivered over HTTPS — no Apple Developer account, no Google issuer setup. Included on every plan.
How a guest adds a pass
Open. The guest taps the link — email, SMS, or QR — and the pass opens in any browser, already usable. Nothing installed.
Save. One tap — “Add” on iPhone, “Save to Google Wallet” on Android — drops it into the wallet they carry.
Done. It sits one swipe from the lock screen and keeps itself current until it’s used or expires.
About six seconds. No app, no account.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Every pass type Kinchaku issues has both an Apple Wallet and a Google Wallet rendering at parity — same branding, same lifecycle — and the guest’s device chooses the native one. Once saved, the pass shows its QR without a signal.
Included on every plan — see Pricing.
One surface among many
1,000,000+ passes issued. The wallet is one surface, not the whole story. A Kinchaku pass opens in any browser, adds to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, unlocks doors through RemoteLOCK, powers unmanned check-in, and carries loyalty from one visit to the next — all of it reachable over the API.
